All walking today was in towns. Heavy fog in the morning so we delayed our start time to lessen the odds of getting run over.
Two highlights of the day Burgos Cathedral and our hotel. The Cathedral is a world heritage site. It is a gothic style cathedral. Construction started in 1221. It reached its current form in the 18th century. The site is so vast I can not do it justice in my short blog or snapshots.
View of the 3 spiers as we walk into town. The original centre spier/dome collapsed into the temple in the 15th century.
View of the new dome from the inside.
The often copied golden staircase.
